Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please email us at info@franklorde.com and we'll try our best to help you out!

If you require changes to your shipping address, contact us immediately, so we can check from our end. Unfortunately, once the order is processing at our warehouse we are no longer able to make any change to your address, and unable to re-route them once they are shipped.

If you ordered the wrong item(s), unfortunately once the order is confirmed (within one hour of purchase), we're unable to change them. If the order is not yet for processing with our warehouse, we can cancel your order, and issue a refund. In this case, you're welcome to place a new order with the correct items / details.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods:
- Via PayPal
- Credit card transactions 

How do I place an order?

Simply select the items you would like from our online store and they will be added to your cart. When you are ready, click on your cart and proceed to check out.
 

I haven't received my order. How do I check the status? 

Depending on your location, our estimated shipping time can vary from 5-22 days. All orders shipped to the below locations are shipped with express shipping when possible (please understand covid-19 has affected these time to certain locations)
Expected shipping times:
  • United Kingdom: 5 - 8 Days
  • United States: 5 - 8 Days
  • Australia: 7 - 9 Days
  • Canada: 7- 9 Days
  • Germany: 7- 9 Days
  • Italy: 7- 9 Days
  • Sweden: 7- 9 Days
  • Belgium: 7- 9 Days
  • France: 7- 9 Days
  • Denmark: 7- 9 Days
  • All other international orders: 10 - 22 Days

Where do I input a discount code?

To input a discount code there will be a box on the second page of the checkout process. Enter the code into the box and click "apply". PLEASE NOTE: Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
 

[Out of stock] When will you have your item(s) back in stock?

As soon as we have replenished our stocks, we will make them available for purchase online.  Feel free to sign up to receive a notification for when an item becomes available, and we'll send you an email when it does, so that you'll be the first to know!
 

What does pre-order / back-order mean?

Pre-order/back-order means that we are currently low or out of stock of that item. Your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. If you would like to change your back-ordered item, please contact us and we can help you with that.
